The DART team appreciates that all of our clients are different, so we design a recoveries service to suit each one. Some clients will require a “softly softly” approach to be taken with the recoveries process so that the ongoing relationship with the debtor can be retained.
Other clients, for example where there are concerns that the debtor’s assets are about to be moved out of the reach of creditors, will require a much firmer approach be taken. The exact scope of our service provision will be agreed upfront with you.
