| Ellie has been employed at BPE since 2003 and is an experienced debt and asset recovery lawyer with a wealth of practical knowledge relating to a wide range of business to business recoveries issues. Ellie also has credit control experience having spent 6 years or so as a Credit Controller with blue chip commercial organisations. She has been instrumental in the development of our case management system for running volume recovery cases. | |

| Stuart has worked at BPE since 2004 having previously worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years. He is an important member of the Debt and Asset Recovery Team and deals primarily with the preliminary stages and pre-litigation processes for a wide range of commercial clients. Stuart is an extremely effective negotiator and will very often obtain payment and/or asset recovery (or negotiate a satisfactory payment arrangement) without the need for formal court proceedings. | |
