Anthony leads the four-partner corporate team. Having spent a number of years in the City, carrying out a wide range of quoted company transactions, he is now regarded as the firm’s public company specialist.

Anthony has successfully supported a number of clients on their admission to AIM, including strategic advice on their suitability for flotation. He assisted Mears on its admission to the Official List and public takeovers of Careforce Group Plc and Supporta Plc.
