Anthony leads the four-partner corporate team. Having spent a number of years in the City, carrying out a wide range of quoted company transactions, he is now regarded as the firm’s public company specialist.
Anthony has successfully supported a number of clients on their admission to AIM, including strategic advice on their suitability for flotation. In particular, Anthony’s involvement was key in the successful AIM float of Hexagon Human Capital Plc.
