Paul Wakefield

Paul Wakefield joined BPE after successful spells as a partner of a national practice and also a boutique corporate finance firm. He joined BPE because of his desire to work in a practice which truly believes in and delivers a partner led, personal and responsive service to all its clients.

Although Paul advises on a broad range of corporate transactions he has particular expertise in the private equity arena having acted with many private equity firms during his career. He is well known and well respected by the West Midlands financial community.
