Tim joined BPE from a national practice in 2002 and was made partner in 2004. He works on IPOs, restructurings, acquisitions and disposals. Recently he has acted on a number of MBOs where he has represented the management team.
His background in banking ensures he also has a good grasp of funding issues. A specialist in advising family businesses, Tim understands the particular pressures faced by owner managers.
