Darren Sherborne

Darren leads the firm's six-strong employment team which has grown significantly over the past three years.

His areas of expertise include the removal of senior staff/ board members, drafting of bespoke employment contracts and service agreements, defending clients at employment tribunals, TUPE and trade union recognition.

Unlike many solicitors Darren worked in industry as a trade union negotiator. He was recently appointed as an ACAS arbitrator.
