In a short space of time Stephen has proved himself a versatile addition to the corporate recovery and insolvency team. On a day-to-day basis he is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters concerning turnaround options and strategies, disposal or recovery of assets, director’s personal liabilities and conduct, appointment and security.
Stephen also regularly assists with commercial disputes, providing advice on the strength of clients’ cases and suitable strategies for resolution, through to the processing of formal procedures. Construction disputes are another area of growing expertise for Stephen, especially adjudications.
