Gavin is an active member of the commercial property team advising both landlords and tenants on a diverse range of property matters.

The private client experience that Gavin gained earlier on in his career is used to assist clients who find they have issues with properties subject to unusual provisions or those held in trust.

In his spare time Gavin carries out pro bono work for local children’s charity Winston’s Wish.
