Iain is head of BPE's commercial team, and recognised for a "can do approach and plain English communication". He advises businesses in relation to high-value commercial contracts, agency, franchising, limited liability partnerships and data protection.
Iain is a member of, and regularly lectures for, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, and has considerable expertise in IT and e-commerce transactions through membership of the British Computer Society and the Society for Computers and Law.
