BPE's Senior Partner John Workman has publicly announced the firm's new Vision Statement.

The Vision outlines how the firm plans to "put our clients at the heart of our business, as trusted advisers, with proven credibility in our chosen areas of expertise, and to be committed to and respectful of our people."

John Workman said: "It does what all Vision Statements should do - it is aspirational, challenging and, most importantly, focuses on the three most important things for a professional services firm - our clients, our people and the quality of our service. Without all of these, we don't have a business.

"Teamwork is something we do well at BPE - our success is built upon the hard work and dedication of our lawyers and the unsung heroes of our business - from reception to the post room, all our staff play a part in delivering the Vision.

"We are busy integrating our Vision into the firm at all levels - it is a work-in-progress. To all our clients and business partners - thank you for your support," he added.
