Experienced solicitor joins company commercial team
Experienced solicitor Caroline Trasler has been appointed by BPE Solicitors to boost the firm’s company commercial offering.
Caroline is the latest addition to the firm’s four-strong commercial team, led by experienced Partner Iain Garfield.
She is an expert in partnership law, particularly medical and NHS partnerships and has considerable corporate and commercial experience. Caroline is already proving to be a popular member of the team due to the highly practical nature of the advice she provides and her first class communication skills.
Since joining the firm from another Gloucestershire practice Caroline has supported clients in reviewing and drafting a number of commercial contracts and distribution agreements as well as providing support to corporate Partner Tim Ward on a number of high profile corporate deals.
