BPE strengthens credit and asset finance offering
A new legal expert has been appointed by BPE Solicitors to support county businesses and credit finance companies recover unpaid debts.

Catherine Archer is the latest addition to the firm’s Credit and Asset Finance team, led by dispute resolution Partner Philip Radford.

Catherine, who joins the Cheltenham-based firm from Geldards LLP in Cardiff, has over eight years’ experience of advising commercial recovery, credit and asset finance recoveries, debt recovery, consumer credit issues and mortgage shortfalls.

Specialising in credit and asset finance, Catherine’s experience and tactical expertise means that she can often second guess ways in which debtors may try to evade payment which then helps her to make quick recoveries on behalf of clients.

Past clients include major banks, utility companies and manufacturers.

“BPE has a fantastic reputation in the credit and asset finance industry due to the tenacious way in which they pursue businesses and individuals for non-payment on behalf of clients. I am excited at playing my part in helping to maintain this excellent reputation and helping clients recover money which is rightfully owed to them,” said Catherine.

Partner Philip Radford said: “Catherine is a natural litigator who enjoys the cut and thrust of recovering a broad range of business and consumer debts. She is a welcome addition to our team and is already impressing clients by getting results, cost-effectively and efficiently.”

BPE’s Credit & Asset Finance team act as an outsourced, in-house support team for household names in the credit and asset finance industry. In a highly competitive market they offer low costs and outstanding results.
