Careforce acquires Seraph Limited
Careforce has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Darlington based Seraph Ltd.

Seraph holds service contracts with Stockton Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council and Darlington Borough Council as well as providing care services to private clients.
