BPE Solicitors has advised long-standing client Maxima Holdings plc on its latest acquisition.

Eclectic Group Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Glen Group plc, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is in line with Maxima's consolidation strategy within the fragmented IT services sector and is anticipated to boost earnings in the year ending 31 May 2009.
