Cheltenham-based marketing communications agency Anderson Burnbreck has been bought out for an undisclosed sum.
BPE Solicitors advised on the MBO, which saw current owners Chris and Diane Atwell sell up to fellow directors Tim Carter and Cathryn Hage. Under the agreement Mr and Mrs Atwell will continue to work for the company.
The BPE team was led by Partner Tim Ward, supported by Solicitor David Dew.
