The latest transaction on behalf of Maxima Holdings Plc involved the purchase of the entire issued share capital of 3net Limited.
Partner John Workman led the deal, assisted by Guy Hopson. Partner Helen Lovatt supported the team on verification and Partner Anthony Rudge used his expertise in public company issues.
The deal was complex due to the requirement for a placing and the separate exchange, escrow completion and eventual completion arrangements.
