BPE’s corporate team has successfully completed the purchase of Cheltenham’s Chapel Spa from Center Parcs Spa Division Holdings Limited.
Gloucestershire businesswoman Emma Roberts has purchased the thriving business, recently named ‘Day Spa of the Year’ in the British Beauty Awards 2006.
Chapel Spa, housed in the former 1816 Portland Chapel, offers a complete holistic experience to guests. From the centrepiece Spa bath to themed treatment rooms the philosophy of the Spa is to create an atmosphere that works on all senses.
BPE’s Commercial Property Partner Richard Handley managed the deal on behalf of Mrs Roberts, who decided to purchase Chapel Spa to fulfil her lifelong ambition to run her own spa.
Mrs Roberts, who has experience as a beauty therapist and spa manager, plans to adopt a hands-on approach to managing the spa.
“Chapel Spa has established an enviable reputation for providing a first class spa experience for clients. We are confident that she will continue to develop the business and further enhance the facilities offered to guests,” said Richard Handley.
