BPE Solicitors has advised Horstmann Holdings Limited on the sale of Horstmann Group Limited to Entity Holding Pte Limited, a subsidiary of PRI Limited for approximately £9 million.
Horstmann is one of the UK's leading designers and manufacturers of controls for domestic heating systems and advanced metering equipment.
The transaction was undertaken by Head of Corporate, Anthony Rudge, assisted by Simon Morris and with employment law assistance from John Murphy.
Other advisers to the seller on the deal include Ernst & Young [while Bank of Scotland were advised by Dundas & Wilson].
