Aeros completes on sale with the help of BPE Solicitors’ high flying corporate team
Law firm BPE has advised Roger Poolman on the sale of his company Aeros Ltd.
Aeros is the leading commercial and private flight training school in the Midlands. It operates out of Staverton, Gloucester and Filton, Bristol. Aeros provides a full range of flight training from the PPL through to the CPL and Instrument Rating.
The owner agreed to sell to TGD Leasing Limited for an undisclosed sum.
This deal was piloted by Guy Hopson in double quick time. Guy is an Associate in the high flying corporate team at BPE Solicitors. He has a reputation for delivering assured results within very tight time frames – in this case just 2 weeks. He was assisted in the deal by Caroline Trasler (Associate, Commercial), Nicky Corner (Partner, Commercial Property) and John Turnbull (Associate, Employment).
The eight-strong corporate team at BPE has hit the ground running in 2008, notching up a series of deals with an aggregate value of £190m with further to complete this month and an encouraging pipeline – taking the firm a step closer to matching its best ever corporate deal tally in 2007.
The team is regularly called upon to manage work such as AIM floats, public takeovers, major M&As and high-value, complex commercial contracts for clients based in the South West and nationally.
