JSJS Designs, a specialist in the design, development and manufacture of home automation systems, has joined the Alternative Investment Market, with support from BPE Solicitors’ corporate team.
Partner Anthony Rudge advised the West Midlands company on its introduction to trading on AIM as it looks to build on the £1m turnover it has achieved since its remote operation devices were launched in August 2007.
To continue this success story and support the company’s expansion plans JSJS Designs decided to float the company on AIM with an initial capitalisation of £4 million.
