Software and IT services provider Innovise has continued its expansion with the acquisition of Staines-based Infrasolve.

BPE has worked with Innovise since 2007 when the AIM-quoted company instructed Partner Tim Ward after hearing of his experience in supporting serial acquirers.

Tim Ward commented: “This transaction represents another major step in Innovise’s mission to grow its business through a buy and build strategy. The acquisition of Infrasolve builds upon the acquisition of Abilitec last year.”
