Gareth was admitted as a solicitor in March 2009 after completing his training contract with the firm and deals with all types of corporate matters for both private and public companies.

He specialises in acquisitions / disposals from complex share transactions to simple business transfers and equity fundraisings both on AIM and the Main Market (including IPO's).
