BPE partner and head of corporate, Anthony Rudge has advised DawMed Systems Plc on the sale of its sole operating subsidiary, DawMed International Limited.
The supplier of medical equipment decontamination devices has been purchased by Wassenburg & Co B.V., the company which is largely responsible for the distribution of DawMed International’s products.
From tomorrow DawMed Systems will trade under the name of Adalta Real and will adopt an investment policy focusing on the property sector.
