Gloucestershire law firm BPE Solicitors LLP has promoted four key staff members within its Dispute Resolution, Credit & Asset Finance and Commercial teams.
Lindsey Summers from the Credit & Asset Finance Team, specialises in debt recovery for lenders.
Her mix of experience and legal knowledge gained in-house as well as in private practice, is invaluable in tracing debtors and recovering monies. As well as becoming an Associate, Lindsey also takes on the role as a team leader.
Bruce Lunt from the Property Dispute Resolution Team has sound advocacy skills having first trained as a barrister. His practical yet assertive problem-solving approach has helped him to gain promotion to Associate.
Scott Rowe, a seasoned problem-solver, has six year’s experience covering all aspects of commercial dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on contractual disputes and high value commercial debt recovery.
A natural number two to head of team Partner Philip Radford, Scott has also been promoted to Associate.
Jason Stratford-Lysandrides, one of the firm’s IP specialists, advises on brand protection, copyright, confidentiality, data protection, e-commerce, licensing, patents, trademarks and website. His appointment to Associate coincides with BPE’s acceptance into the Intellectual Property Lawyers’ Association, a membership body of law firms specialising in helping clients protect their IP rights.
Senior Partner John Workman said: “I am delighted to promote these guys. We are a firm that believes in harnessing and developing talent and Lindsey, Jason, Scott and Bruce have consistently demonstrated added value to us and to our clients.”
