Employment Law Seminar - 9th September
On the 9th September, BPE’s Employment Law team and the CIPD will be holding a morning seminar focusing on the Equality Act.
The Act will change the face of discrimination law, protecting and strengthening the rights of individuals. The Government is currently considering which sections of the Act will come into force in October. In this seminar BPE’s Employment Law team will look at what is coming into force and how employers should prepare, as well as a review of up to date case law and employment law news.
Being held at The Hatherley Manor Hotel, guests will be able to enjoy refreshments and a light breakfast from 8.30am, with the workshop starting at 9.00am and finishing at 1.00pm.
