Kathryn advises on a wide range of transactions, including AIM IPOs, takeovers, placings, company restructures, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions. Kathryn works with private and public companies, charities, entrepreneurs, investors and management teams across a broad range of industry sectors, with a particular interest in MedTech and Cyber.
Kathryn is also an elected member of the Law Society Council (representing Gloucestershire and Wiltshire), a committee member of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Law Society and former Chair of Cheltenham & Gloucester Junior Lawyers Division.
