Clients of local solicitors Alan C Crickmore are in the process of receiving letters from Wright Hassall solicitors who are acting as intervention agents, following the closure of Crickmore. Wright Hassall are suggesting former clients of Crickmore contact local solicitors to see if they will store sensitive and important documents such as wills and deeds.
BPE Solicitors are happy to store such documents free of charge but would also remind those clients to review their wills and powers of attorney. Some of those wills and powers of attorney may have appointed Mr Crickmore or his firm as executors, trustees or attorney and clients will no doubt want to review these as a matter of urgency.
