New recruits add experience to Corporate and Commercial teams

BPE Solicitors has recently welcomed two new Senior Associates to its ranks. One of the recruits is returning to BPE after an absence of ten years – Emma Payne, joins the Corporate team after training and qualifying with BPE in 2002, while Zoë Reynolds takes her place on the Commercial team, bringing her experience as an entrepreneur as well as her legal experience to the firm.

Emma brings a valuable client’s-eye perspective, having spent time working with a pan-European property investment manager and Deutsche Bank. Returning to the firm she completed her training with, Emma says: “Having gained valuable experience since qualifying, I am really happy coming back to BPE to work with a team of skilled lawyers whom I trust and respect.”

 Joining the Commercial team, Zoë offers an exceptional insight into business, garnered from 12 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and successful businesswoman as well as 13 years of legal experience gained in City and leading London firms. She has worked with small businesses, large corporations as well as celebrities and leading creative talent across the retail, fashion, luxury goods and music sectors.  Zoë says: “Given my background, I enjoy working alongside creative people and I am particularly keen to be able to mentor early stage businesses, helping them to grow and thrive in their sector.”
