BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team Increases ISD Solutions’ Offering
The Corporate team at BPE Solicitors has advised Gloucestershire-based ISD Solutions as the specialist construction and maintenance firm widens its offering with the recent acquisition of PLG Insulations Ltd, by its parent company The P&M Group.
The P&M Group is acknowledged for its financial strength and has a wealth of experience in delivering highly complex projects through its subsidiary ISD Solutions to clients such as ASDA, Brakes, Sainsbury, Grifols, and Waitrose.
The deal, led by BPE Associate Solicitor, Adam Kean, saw PLG Insulations join ISD Solutions, the UK’s leading contractor specialising in the development, construction and maintenance of cold stores, firewalls, data centres, clean rooms, single-envelope buildings, external industrial cladding, industrial waterproofing and doors.
PLG Insulations Ltd brings its specialism as an industrial insulation company in areas such as hot and cold pipe insulation, tank cladding and insulation and steam/boiler work which complements ISD Solutions’ skills in composite panel structure. The business is also based in Gloucestershire.
