BPE Solicitors' Corporate Team Advises REACT Group Plc on Recent Acquisition
The Corporate team at Gloucestershire-based BPE Solicitors has advised specialist cleaning and decontamination company, REACT Group Plc, on its recent acquisition of EPUK Limited.
The deal, led by BPE Associate Solicitor, Adam Kean, is the third acquisition for REACT Group Plc since 2015, strengthening its current offering with the addition of Hertfordshire based EPUK Limited, a company that provides environmental remediation services.

REACT Group Plc is a specialist deep cleaning company that provides a dedicated, 24-hour service to a diverse range of market sectors, including education, leisure, transport and police forces.

EPUK Limited has worked with companies such as Balfour Beatty, Network Rail and London Midland, and works within environmental management, bio-recovery and cleaning, and emergency services support.
