BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team Acts for Lister Unified Communications on SITM Acquisition
The corporate team at BPE has acted for Lister Unified Communications on the acquisition of IT management business, Strategic IT Management Ltd (SITM), to form a new telecommunications group.
Based in Stonehouse, Lister Unified Communications is the largest such company in the region, and offers onsite telecoms, mobile workforce, cloud solutions and IT services to more than 1,500 clients throughout the UK.
The acquisition, led by BPE Corporate Partner, Tim Ward, will see Lister strengthen its current offering for customers, as well as increase the firm’s turnover by 15% and see employee numbers rise from 34 to 45.

Located in Quedgeley, SITM provides all round IT management and support, from hardware repairs to running a variety of applications.
