The corporate team at Gloucestershire legal firm BPE Solicitors has recently advised the owners of Tilling Energy Limited, a company that operates two solar installations - one ground based and one rooftop - generating an aggregate output of 700 kWp, on a share sale to Populo Energy Limited.
