BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team Acts for Integumen Plc on Acquisitions and AIM Admission

The corporate team at BPE Solicitors LLP, the Gloucestershire based law firm, has advised personal healthcare company, Integumen plc, on the acquisition of two of its four business divisions, and on its subsequent £2.25 million placing and admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.  Admission took place on 5 April 2017 at which point the company's market capitalisation was £8.25 million.
 
Head of Corporate, Anthony Rudge, who led the team on the transaction with support from Senior Associate, Louise Grzasko, was also assisted by Solicitor, Angharad Rees, and Trainee Solicitor, Kathryn Broughton.
