BPE act for SPA Chartered Surveyors in business sale

Gloucestershire law firm, BPE Solicitors have acted for Cheltenham-based, SPA Chartered Surveyors on their recent sale to ASH Chartered Surveyors.

Simon Pontifex, founder and owner of SPA Chartered Surveyors, and his team, have been providing quality commercial property advice in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas since 1996. ASH Chartered Surveyors, is a leading Gloucestershire-based multi-disciplined surveying practice that was established in 1989. The acquisition allows ASH to strengthen its presence in Cheltenham with a business that has complimentary values and ambitions. Dale Williams and Emma Payne of BPE’s Corporate team worked with Simon to complete the sale.
