BPE Solicitors has again been recognised as a leading firm with the release of the latest legal firm rankings from Chambers and Partners.
The firm is ranked in four categories with the Corporate team leading the way in Band 2 for Corporate: Lower Mid-Market in the South West. Anthony Rudge is also a ranked lawyer with Senior Partner John Workman retaining his ranking of Eminent Practitioner, the only lawyer to receive this accolade in the category.
BPE’s Family team is also ranked in Band 2 for Cheltenham with Partner, Helen Cankett, ranked as a Band 1 lawyer for the first time.
Rounding off a great result for the firm, both the Employment and Real Estate teams at BPE have been ranked in Band 4 for the South West. BPE’s Managing Partner, Antonia Shield is also individually ranked in Band 4 for Real Estate whilst Heyma Holmes is noted as a key contact for Employment in the region.
“We’re pleased that Chambers and Partners continue to recognise the calibre of the lawyers we have at BPE,” commented Senior Partner, John Workman. “With deals of over £125m completed over the past year in the Corporate team, I believe it is entirely justified that the team are being considered as a force to be reckoned with in the South West.”
“I’m delighted for Helen that she has been acknowledged as a ranked lawyer which is, in my mind at least, well overdue recognition. With our Real Estate and Employment teams continuing to rank highly for the South West - which is a huge area with a mass of larger firms than us - and I believe this confirms our status as a firm with true regional, national and indeed international reach.”
