New Year Celebrations for BPE’s Corporate Team
The Corporate Team at Cheltenham based BPE Solicitors is starting 2021 on a high, having gained five places in the most recent Experian Market IQ M&A rankings for the South West.
Experian’s New Year report ranks the top corporate legal advisers for 2020, based on the number of deals each firm has completed. With 13 reported deals in the South West in 2020, the Corporate team at BPE is the second most active legal adviser in the South West by volume of deals, up from seventh place in the rankings for 2019.
Louise Grzasko, Partner and Corporate Team Leader said: “To be the second most active legal adviser in the South West during 2020 is a real achievement, especially given the challenging circumstances we were working in. I am very proud of what the team achieved last year and we are expecting to be busier this year.”
This good news follows a successful final quarter of 2020 during which the Corporate team at BPE Solicitors completed 13 private company deals with an aggregate initial value of over £55,000,000.
