BPE’s Commercial Property team advises Boultbee Brooks on another property investment

BPE’s Commercial Property team has advised long-standing client, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate on the acquisition of a Cheltenham property for an undisclosed amount.

This acquisition, the second in a month that BPE advised on, saw the property development and investment group purchase the former HSBC bank building on Bath Road, Cheltenham.  

Commercial Property Partner, Doug Armstrong, led the deal for Boultbee Brooks and completed thorough due diligence of the property. Doug commented: “Having acted for Boultbee Brooks Real Estate on numerous properties on a national basis, it was a pleasure to act on a local deal and I look forward to seeing what they have planned for the property”.
