Adam is Head of our Corporate Team.

Adam has wide-ranging expertise in advising local, national and international clients on a range of matters including private mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments and equity capital markets venture capital transactions. Adam also has significant experience in private equity and the renewable energy sector, specialising in renewable energy projects across all technologies, and has acted for some of Europe’s leading renewable energy funds and investors.
