I advise clients across the full area of private transactions in corporate law, from mergers, acquisitions and management buy outs to asset sales and legislative documents including shareholder agreements. 

I joined the Corporate team in 2021 and work with senior fee earners to provide clients an excellent service, removing the legal jargon and giving practical advice they can apply to their business.

My clients range from individuals and owner-managed businesses to regional SMEs across a wide range of sectors and services.
