Sarah Lee discusses how employers can support individuals as they embrace the 'new normal'
I qualified in 2008 after completing my training contract with BPE. I specialise in Complex Discrimination, Complex Litigation, Territorial jurisdiction and Whistleblowing case support.
I assist businesses with a whole range of issues, including Employment Tribunal claims including outsourcing, reorganisations, service agreements and high value executive exits. I am known for my hands on, no nonsense approach to issues, enabling clients to ascertain their exact position during the early phases of a dispute or matter. My clients tend to range from SMEs to PLCs, covering various sectors such as facilities management, logistics, travel, dentistry and construction.
My Tribunal work has ranged from unfair dismissal to complex discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE claims.
Historically, I have previously provided in-house legal advice and spent periods of time on secondment with several key clients, enabling me to obtain a first-hand insight on how businesses operate and ensure I provide practical advice.
I provide bespoke updates and training to clients, including mock Tribunals to help my clients grow their understanding of employment law and to help prevent internal disputes from escalating into future claims.
