I specialise in Commercial contracts, helping clients with their manufacturing and supply chain relationships. I also draft and advise on partnership and LLP agreements, intellectual property, IT and e-commerce contracts as well as advising on regulatory law in such areas as data protection and competition.

My ideal client is a fast-growing and dynamic SME that is looking to negotiate with customers that are larger, richer and more powerful than the client. It can be a bit like 'David and Goliath', negotiating to create some leverage for a growing business. I particularly enjoy working with clients that are trading overseas, or looking to expand internationally, as you can be dealing with contractual and cultural matters in all corners of the globe.
