I am a Family Law Specialist with more than 14 years of experience. I work in a calm and pragmatic way to find the best solution for my client. I appreciate the emotions involved in the breakdown of a relationship and will work to obtain an outcome that is as cost effective and collaborative as possible. I encourage clients to try other forms of dispute resolution before embarking upon a Court process.

I assist my clients with all issues arising from a relationship breakdown including financial settlements and arrangements for children including establishing where the child will live, relocation with children both in the UK and out, and payment of school fees. I also assist clients who are entering into a relationship and want to protect their financial position by way of Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements.

I am a member of Resolution so I uphold their requirements for members to approach cases in a constructive way and consider the needs of the whole family. I am also a member of the Cheltenham Child Contact Centre Advisory Board, meaning I am directly involved in assisting the local community and trying to provide the best outcomes for children who use this service.
