Sarah Galvin Associate Solicitor, Residential Property

I pride myself on providing clear and concise advice to clients, as well as building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers to ensure a successful outcome to each transaction.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 after graduating from the University of East Anglia with a Bachelor of Law, Maastricht University with a Masters of Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham. I work in the Residential Property team at BPE and my role is to guide clients, whether first time buyers, home movers or experienced property investors, through the conveyancing process.

My job allows me to deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases for both individuals and investors, and I have previous experience in dealing with more complex issues, such as new build purchases and ‘Help to Buy’ purchases.

I act for a range of clients and particularly enjoy working with individuals for whom purchasing a property represents a major personal investment and who come to us with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. I pride myself on providing clear and concise advice to clients, as well as building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers to ensure a successful outcome to each transaction.
