BPE Solicitors acts for Sureserve Group plc on latest acquisition

The Corporate team at Gloucestershire-based BPE Solicitors has acted for longstanding client, Sureserve Group plc on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of CorEnergy Limited worth up to £7.5 million.

The acquisition, which will enable Sureserve Group to achieve its strategic objective to create deliverable routes to net zero carbon, will supplement the Group’s existing services and will focus on creating sustainable energy solutions for public and private sector organisations.

BPE’s Senior Partner John Workman and Head of Corporate Louise Grzasko, led the deal,  advising Sureserve on the acquisition,  guiding the structure of the transaction as well as the legal documents and undertaking all legal due diligence with assistance from Associate, Angharad Rees.
