I work in construction and engineering law, providing strategic procurement advice to clients. Day to day, I draft and negotiate amendments to industry standard contracts, prepare and agree complex bespoke contacts, advise clients on construction related aspects of property transactions, and assist in relation to dispute and claims avoidance.

The type of client I work with is varied, ranging from entrepreneurs to developers and contractors to funding institutions and public sector organisations. I enjoy analysing complicated legal drafting and presenting it to clients in a more digestible way, highlighting the main issues, in turn enabling them to properly assess their commercial risk.

I have particular expertise within the renewables, transport, education, healthcare, biopharmaceutical and sectors.
