I joined BPE’s Employment team in 2022 and very much enjoy the collaborative approach we take in delivering great outcomes for our clients who tend to be forward-thinking businesses and entrepreneurial individuals looking for commercially astute advice.

I’m primarily involved in liaising with clients, barristers and Tribunals in relation to the defence of Employment Tribunal claims, and the preparation of bundles of documents for hearings. I also support the team’s fee earners in the drafting of settlement agreements, contracts of employment, handbooks and due diligence reports.
