Thomas Christie, Senior Associate in BPE’s Commercial Property team, carried out thorough due diligence on the site to ensure the former doctors’ office was suitable for the council’s needs. Thomas was available to answer the council’s questions throughout to ensure the purchase progressed swiftly and without issue.
Thomas hopes to assist the council with the sale of its current head office on London Road in the near future.
