The Commercial Property team at BPE Solicitors, led by partner Paul Englebrecht, have advised the Owners of Greenway Nurseries on a conditional sale of the Nursery along, Shurdington Road in Cheltenham to Burrington Estates, a dynamic and growing property developer. The deal is conditional on planning permission being obtained. There were mixed feelings about this deal as the family run Garden Centre has been operating since the 1960’s and is set to be transformed into a luxury residential project providing up to 36 new homes. The owners have worked hard and faced many challenges along the way and will continue their efforts.
Burrington Estates recently won a coveted Bronze award in the ‘Best Small Housebuilder’ category in the 2022 WhatHouse? Awards, and just last month acquired land at Stratton in Cornwall with planning permission for 30 new homes.
