- Bottle of Sauce, Cheltenham (2016) – Assisted with securing the lease arrangements for the coworking space above the property.
- The Last Crumb, Caversham (2019) – Managed property due diligence and lease acquisition.
- The Part and Parcel, Witney (2020) – Secured the lease for Dodo’s first market town location, transforming a former Bill’s restaurant.
- The All Inn, Bristol (2023) – Advised on lease negotiations and employment matters related to TUPE regulations.
- The Slow and Steady, Oxford (2024) – Supported the acquisition of this Grade II listed property, formerly The White House.
