Established in 1993, Weird Fish began their journey in Cornwall with the mission, in their own words, to produce well made, well priced, distinctive clothes that become instant feel-good favourites.

Just over thirty years on, Weird Fish have grown significantly and now have over 35 stores across the UK from Livingstone in Scotland, to Falmouth on the South-West coast of England.

  • Weird Fish have stores in a variety of locations from spa and seaside towns, to busy high street retail stores, to concessions at garden centres and retail outlets.
  • BPE have worked with Weird Fish on retail shops in coastal towns, namely Whitstable, St David’s, Aldeburgh, Southwold and Boscastle.
  • Recent lettings that BPE have assisted on include Dartmouth, Stamford, Beverley and the Cotswold Designer Outlet in Tewkesbury.
  • The recently completed Stamford store is fitted out and celebrated their opening launch on 3 November 2025.
